ICE Welcomes its First AROP Fellow

The Institute for Communication Technologies and Embedded Systems (ICE) welcomes its first AROP fellow, Mr. Nikhilesh Kumar Singh. Mr. Singh will be joining the chair for Software for Systems on Silicon (SSS) and working on malware detection to ensure system security.

Mr. Singh is a PhD student working with Prof. Chester Rebeiro at the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras - an institute of eminence in India. Mr. Singh is interested in multiple aspects of system security, ranging from malware detection to operating system security.

Advanced Research Opportunities Program (AROP) is designed in 2020 to develop and straighten bilateral ties with the universities or institutes of strategic relevance outside Germany. Research stays and travel grants for doctoral candidates and postdoctoral fellows are supported by AROP.
